Patty Pan Cooperative isn't just a friendly place to buy quesadillas at the farmers market; they also host Humble Feast community dinners in Shoreline, cater events and private parties, make their own tortillas, and maintain a blog! The founding member, furthermore, has written a couple knock-out cookbooks. The website ties all these ventures together.
